2、 The installation of the small crane's aligning lifting mechanism should deal with the aligning crane boom, which is very important for maintaining the horizontal winding of the wire rope, the best service life, and avoiding the unbalanced load of the lifting mechanism's bearing and gearbox. Alignment adjustment is a relatively simple process and requires very little equipment. If the alignment error exceeds 1 / 2, it must be adjusted correctly immediately. The procedure for adjusting the alignment is as follows: 1. Lower the boom to the horizontal position; 2. Pull a line on the top of the hoist drum to keep it parallel to the axis of the drum. The steps are as follows: use Mila alloy measuring needle to take 0 ° measuring point for each flange on the top of the drum. Note: if this kind of special equipment is not suitable, right angle ruler can also be used to cling to the cutting inner surface of the two drum flange, that is, enough centering accuracy can be obtained. Draw a line between the flange of the hoist drum, run through the two points on it, and then take the middle point on the line. 3. Draw a line at both ends of the rod section through the top of the arm section, perpendicular to its length, and then take the middle point on the line. 4. The small crane shall check whether the lifting mechanism is perpendicular to the boom according to the following steps: draw a line with chalk from a point on the center line of the outer boom, pull a line through the center line of the base bar and the middle point of the drum < 2 > and align exactly with the angle between the reference line and the horizontal line drawn on the lifting mechanism through the top end of the middle point of the lifting drum < 3 > using the protractor. If the measured angle is more than (1 / 2); the error, the alignment must be readjusted. 5. If the alignment needs to be readjusted, the minimum angle error to be removed is to remove the hoist mounting bolt and the hoisting sling of the suspension as required. For bolt holes and stop wedges, differential locations may be required. If all bolts cannot be reinserted, or if the stop wedge is not in line with the connecting line, the bolt hole may be slightly lengthened into an ellipse, or the installation pin may be polished with a grinding wheel. Special attention shall be paid to avoid over adjustment, because minor adjustment can cause large angle change.
3、 Removal and installation of small crane lifting mechanism 1. Before the removal of lifting mechanism, take off all wire ropes and take them off the lifting drum. Hang a suitable sling on the hoist; mark and remove the hydraulic lines from the hoist and hoist hydraulic motor. Lift the hoist off the base and remove it. Note: any repair that requires disassembly of the hydraulic hoist should be performed at the same time as the replacement of the gasket and seal ring. 2. The hoisting mechanism of small crane shall be hoisted with corresponding lifting tools and placed on the installation plate. Fix the lifting mechanism on the mounting frame with the connecting piece at the required position. Using a feeler gauge at the final connection point, check the clearance between the mounting bracket and the hoist. If it is necessary to add gasket, the horizontal mounting surface to be removed will connect the hydraulic pipeline to the lifting mechanism and the lifting hydraulic motor. Note that each pipe must be connected to the corresponding nozzle correctly (mark before disassembly). Remove the spreader from the lifting mechanism and re thread the steel wire rope into the lifting mechanism to adjust the installation accuracy and necessary alignment. 4.
